Getting started is simple.

• Decide which service or package is right for you.

• Purchase service on this website.

• Schedule your first experience.

• Sign the consent form sent to your phone/email once your service is booked.

• Show up at your scheduled appointment.

• Relax and enjoy your custom experience.

• Clean the massage chair according to directions on the wall in the suite.

• Book your next experience.

If you are unable to make your appointment.

• Go into your appointment email/text.

• Click on the cancel appointment button.

• Reschedule your custom experience for another time.

*Reminder - appointments not cancelled within 6 hours prior to scheduled time will be charged for the appointment.

After your book your first experience,

• Arrive at Soul Wellness (500 S Main St Ste 113, Mooresville, NC 28115) a few minutes prior to the time of your appointment .

• Proceed to room 111

• If the suite sign reads- Session in Progress, please wait until the client completes their experience.

• Enter the room. You may wipe the chair down prior to experience, if preferred, with wipes provided

• For the best experience, you may want to use the restroom in Soul Wellness, prior to experience

• You do not need to remove your clothing, but will need to remove shoes using the chair provided (socks are ok to leave on)

• For the best experience select clothes that are comfortable with out a lot of snaps, zippers etc.

• Remove loose or restrictive jewelry

• Relax and enjoy your experience

After your first experience

• Chair will return to the starting position. You do not need to do anything to the control panel

• Use the wipes provided to clean the chair - any place your skin touched should be wiped down-dispose of wipe in trash container provided

• Put shoes back on and any other clothing or jewelry removed prior to experience

• Double check that you have all your personal items

• Use the QR code to book your next experience or go to the Retreat Seat website to book.
